How do I get started with ANDEXA?
After deployment, start with our Quick Start Guide in the documentation. Our implementation team will also provide hands-on training for your users.
What are the system requirements?
ANDEXA runs on standard enterprise hardware. Minimum requirements include 32GB RAM, 8 CPU cores, and 500GB storage. Full specifications are in our documentation.
How do I connect my data sources?
Use the Data Connectors section in the admin panel. ANDEXA supports Excel, SQL databases, Oracle, CRM/ERP systems, and REST APIs with guided setup wizards.
How do I reset a user password?
Administrators can reset passwords through the User Management section in the admin panel. Users can also use the self-service password reset if enabled.
What should I do if queries are slow?
Slow queries usually indicate data indexing needs optimization. Check the Performance section in documentation or contact support for a system health check.
How do I export reports?
Reports can be exported in PDF, Excel, or CSV formats. Use the Export button in any report view or schedule automated exports through the admin panel.
